I am the shop operations manager here at Mercedes-Benz Manhattan and had First Choice Automotive Equipment at our dealership to repair some lifts and have new lifts installed and relocated. Their staff was 100% professional, and kept me involved in every step of the way. The new lifts look amazing and I feel secure with the way they were installed. Their installation techs informed me of several cracks on the floor which the lifts had to be moved to better position to safely be installed. Their techs are very knowledgeable and friendly, which make me want to do business with them again, and again. Even though they are in New Jersey, they come into Manhattan on the busiest days to make sure all our lifts are up and running to keep our business moving.
