Champion’s CSP EnviroChamp2 Series oil/water separator is designed for 90°F at 90% RH summertime conditions and can separate oil/discharge water to levels of 15 ppm. Using the most advanced technology for reducing the volume of compressed air condensate destined for disposal, this separator offers greater reliability, longer filter life and cleaner discharge water quality than ever before.

Champion’s CFF Series air filters provide your compressed air system with premium quality filtration for the three typical contaminant types: 1) solid particles come from ambient air contaminants like dust and from rusted, oxidized pipework. They will cause pneumatic equipment to malfunction, cause instrument and control failures, and contaminate end products; 2) condensed water droplets come from the humidity in ambient air. Water will oxidize pipework and pneumatic equipment, ruin paint finishes and end products and; 3) liquid oil and oil vapors are introduced by compressor lubricants and by hydrocarbon vapors present in ambient air.  CFF Series Filters are available in 7 grades to meet your application and environment’s needs.

Saylor-Beall’s SBS Series Separator/Filters (mechanical separator and three micron coalescing filters) remove large liquid loads and all solid particles three microns and larger.  Use it as a separator downstream of an aftercooler or point-of-use filter where heay liquid loads are expected (air systems without aftercoolers or dryers).

Salyor-Beall’s SBC Series high efficiency oil remover filters (0.1 micron coalescing filter) coalesces and removes 99.99+% of oil aerosols for oil free air; solid particles 0.01 micron and larger.  Use with oil-lubricated compressors to produce oil free air for painting (spray and powder), molding of plastics, instrumentation and controls, fluid logic and air bearings.
